Dushanbe International School is made up of a Primary and Secondary Department. Each is on a self- contained site providing a safe environment for our students. We seek to follow the English National Curriculum. Our senior students are prepared for the IGCSE and the AICSE examinations.
Throughout the school, classes are small, enabling us to monitor the progress of our students most carefully.
English is the medium of instruction but there are opportunities to learn other languages. Currently we teach Tajik, Uzbek, Russian and Turkish. We will gladly arrange for your child to be taught the languages of your choosing.
Our experienced staff come from Turkey The United Kingdom, Australia and Tajikistan.
DIS is a member of the European Council of International Schools. During our accreditation their team of inspectors looked at all aspects of the school. We are listed on their website.
